Our Board of Directors is composed of seasoned leaders, Marines, and ministry partners who share a passion for equipping Marines, sailors, and their families to thrive in faith and service. Through prayer, counsel, and strategic direction, they strengthen Tun Tavern Fellowship’s mission and vision. The Board provides governance, binding advice, and fiduciary and legal oversight, with elected members serving three-year terms.

Meet Our Board of Directors

Nicholas Bluma
Secretary
Msgt Nicholas Bluma has been a board Member since 2022. Retired Marine Master Sergeant with 24 years in ground maintenance. Active at Calvary Chapel Fredericksburg teaching youth and leading Bible studies. Passionate about Scripture, biblical worldview, and discipleship. Supports Tun Tavern Fellowship as a facilitator of Bible studies, mentoring, and retreats since 2013.

John Dalby
Board Member
LtCol John Dalby has been a board Member since 2006. Marine Corps Infantry Officer commissioned in 2003, with multiple overseas deployments and assignments worldwide. A Naval Academy graduate shaped by OCF and church discipleship. Currently serving in as XO of 3rd MLR in Hawaii, while remaining committed to local church involvement and small-group ministry.

Victor Montanez
Board Member
MGySgt Victor Montanez has been a board Member since 2022. Serving over 20 years in the Marine Corps, beginning in supply and administration before becoming a career recruiter and member of the Marine Corps National Training Team. He deployed in support of OIF and OEF and continues shaping Marines through mentoring, leadership, and discipleship.

jenn parchem
Board Member
Capt Jenn Parchem is an artillery officer from Wisconsin, Jenn has a strong background in teaching, coaching, and 12 summers of ministry in Seward, Alaska. Having served with HIMARS in Okinawa, Japan, she has recently completed resident Expeditionary Warfare School and supported OCS summer training. Passionate about sharing Christ, she has been active in Tun Tavern Fellowship since TBS in 2019 and now serves with 11th Marines.

David Pedraza
Board Member
CW05 David Pedraza has been a board Member since 2015. Marine officer with extensive service in intelligence and joint assignments, including multiple OEF/OIF deployments. Born again in 1979, he has remained active in church and discipleship ministry. Committed to advancing the mission of Tun Tavern Fellowship while serving the Marine Corps community in Quantico and beyond.

Aric Ramsey
Board Member
Maj Aric Ramsey has been a board Member since 2017. Commissioned in 2013 as a Communications Officer, Aric has served with 3/1, Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group, and 8th Communications Battalion. A graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies, he now serves overseas as a MEB planner. He is committed to discipling Marines and strengthening their faith in Christ.

Aaron Root
Treasurer
Board Member since 2014; Treasurer since 2015. City Treasurer for Manassas Park, VA. Holds a BS in business/accounting and post-grad studies at Reformed Theological Seminary. Member and elder at Crossroads PCA. Experienced in financial oversight, Aaron provides stewardship and accountability for TTF resources while teaching and serving in his local church.
